STAT Holdings is delighted to see several projects involving both UBU Design and ION Consulting recognised in the shortlisted entries for the South Coast Property Awards 2026.
Among the shortlisted schemes is the University of Southampton Science Park, which has been named a finalist in both the Commercial Landlord of the Year and Property Business of the Year categories. UBU Design delivered the landscape design for the project, helping to shape a high-quality environment that supports innovation, collaboration and wellbeing across the campus.
The Bartlett Arboretum project has also been shortlisted for the awards. UBU Design provided the landscape design for the new research and education hub for arborists across the UK and Ireland, while ION Consulting delivered the MEP services for the scheme.
In addition, ION provided the MEP services for the SMART Centre at Solent University, which was also shortlisted in the Repurposing Project of the Year category. The ION team supported the transformation of the building into a modern and adaptable learning environment.
The shortlist recognition across multiple projects highlights the collaborative expertise across the STAT Holdings group and the quality of work being delivered throughout the region.
Congratulations to all project teams, collaborators and fellow finalists involved in this year’s awards.
