Kevin is a former Chartered Surveyor who started his career in 1998 in a regional practice, quickly rising to become an equity partner in his late twenties.  He then moved to Fisher German as a Partner, heading and developing the commercial brand within the business. Simultaneously to this phase of his career, he was a founding director of a Property Company and latterly a self-storage business which he sold in 2017.

Kevin left Fisher German in 2018 to create BS Squared Ltd (BS2) with two other Stat Holdings Directors. BS2 was initially focused on traditional commercial property to exploit Kevin’s and his fellow Directors’ expertise in asset management.  However, the opportunity came calling in one of the companies’ acquisitions in the form of a poorly managed public car park.  Having gained a solid understanding of how to run an operational car parking business, BS2 has increasingly focused on this specific sector, acquiring and developing additional car parks. 

Hailing originally from Sheffield, Kevin is a keen sportsman and still enjoys running, the occasional 5-a-side football match (knees permitting), as well as fell walking, fishing, and the odd track day.  Married with 3 children and a cockerpoo, in his ‘spare’ time he likes to punish himself by watching and supporting Sheffield Wednesday.
