Colin is the former CEO of a large national construction service company which he grew from a turnover of £16m when purchased to almost £50 million over a four year period.  He attributes this success to his philosophy of Development & Trust, being attributes any company owner has access to, along with building a good working relationship with colleagues and a personal “From The Top” attitude in respect of meeting clients’ needs and expectations.

Since selling the business in an MBO, he has become involved with a number of companies, which he has been directly involved in turning around, both in terms of turnover and profitability, by investing in the same attributes described above.
