Chris was a founder of Convex Capital, a boutique M&A advisory firm exclusively for owner managed, entrepreneurial businesses that are ready to explore a sale. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he has spent three decades advising SME businesses, completing over 100 deals. This experience has created a comprehensive perspective of business and, in particular, the potential pitfalls when it comes to completing deals.

He not only played a key part in the building of Convex Capital, but he was also integral to its sale and so has empathy with entrepreneurs, particularly those thinking about selling their businesses.

Chris enjoys meeting entrepreneurs and developing strategies that help them fulfil their goals, and importantly having fun along the way.
