Jonathon is a former Chartered Surveyor who cut his professional teeth in London, working for a Mayfair based national surveying practice before moving to a client side role for one of the world’s largest retailers.  This culminated in him being the UK and Irish Head of Property at 28 years of age with responsibility for over 1,100 trading units. Aside from managing the existing portfolio, he advised on all property aspects on the acquisition of several other well known high street retailers.

After a brief hiatus in the Wild West of the early noughties Telecoms industry, he returned to his Nottinghamshire roots and joined a well-regarded regional surveying practice before leaving in 2018 as an equity director to form BS Squared Limited alongside two other STAT Holdings Directors.

Outside of work he’s predominantly a pro bono taxi driver for his teenage daughters but, on the rare occasion he’s not doing that, he enjoys rejuvenating and occasionally driving an old convertible car around the UK and France.
