Austin is a lawyer with over 30 years of experience in corporate transactions. He is the senior partner of Austin Moore & Partners LLP with a team of 15 lawyers handling a range of corporate transactions, property and employment matters.

Legal 500 ranks Austin as a leading individual and his firm as a leading firm in national rankings for corporate law firms. Prior to founding his own firm, Austin was the regional senior partner for a national law firm.

He has authored books on business sale, lectured to law students on corporate law, and is a former president of the Nottinghamshire Law Society.

Away from work, Austin plays drums and is a regular live performer in pubs and clubs in the Midlands.
