INEOS Grenadier, Portsmouth – finalist for the South Coast Property Awards 2024

Congratulations to HNW Architects and all the project team for being shortlisted as a finalist in the South Coast Property Awards 2024 for the Commercial Development of the Year category.

The new INEOS dealership is a sustainable showroom in the Portsmouth Motor Park, consisting of a modern, purpose-built retail and workshop space.

ION Consulting Engineers Ltd were pleased to provide building services consultancy on this project, providing both innovative and sustainable solutions.

Winners across 15 categories were honoured at the seventh annual South Coast Property Awards.

The Awards brought together developers, agents, planners, consultants, property lawyers and dealmakers to recognise the achievers who have stood out in the past 12 months.
