Ion Consulting Engineers Joins STAT Holdings

STAT Holdings Ltd are pleased to announce the acquisition of ION Consulting Engineers Ltd as part of their Buy and Build strategy to acquire companies operating within the built environment and construction sectors.
 
The Hampshire based ION was founded in 2004 by Mark Bowen and Peter Sheppard and has grown to become a leading firm of consulting engineers, providing complete mechanical and electrical service solutions to a range of blue-chip clients.
 
John Stevenson, a STAT Director said, ‘I am delighted that Mark and Peter have chosen to join the STAT group as in so many ways they embody everything we are looking for. They’ve worked hard to build a great business and they will continue to be an integral part of its future for many years to come.
