Several STAT Group companies have contributed to projects recognised at the South Coast Property Awards, highlighting the value of multidisciplinary expertise in delivering successful and sustainable developments.
At the awards, Hobbs View was named Residential Development of the Year. Designed by ArchitecturePLB, the scheme is a pioneering Passivhaus Plus development delivering six highly sustainable affordable homes for Winchester City Council. UBU Design was pleased to contribute landscape design services to the award-winning project.
Ferne Park, developed by Kingsbridge Estates, received the award for Commercial Development of the Year. The project benefited from the expertise of both Lizard Landscape Design & Ecology and ION Consulting Engineers. Lizard provided landscape design, ecology, biodiversity net gain (BNG) and arboricultural services, while ION delivered MEP design services through RIBA Stage 3 and continued as Client Technical Advisor throughout the delivery phase.
These award-winning projects demonstrate the benefits of bringing together specialist expertise from across multiple disciplines to create developments that prioritise sustainability, environmental enhancement and high-quality design.
